Contact us
Email is the only channel, and it reaches a real person rather than a ticketing system. This is a small independent site, so replies can take a few days — but reports of wrong data get looked at first.
Reporting wrong information
This is the most useful thing you can send us. To fix something quickly we need:
- the train number, for example 12951;
- what the page showed;
- what it should have said, and how you know — an announcement, the board at the station, or the official enquiry service.
People who actually travel a route spot errors far sooner than we do, so these reports genuinely help.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent site and are not connected to Indian Railways or IRCTC, so we cannot do anything about the following — for these you need the railways directly:
- booking, cancelling or refunding a ticket;
- PNR and waiting-list queries;
- lost property, complaints about a journey, or on-board service;
- changing an actual train timing or route.

For anything covered by our privacy policy— including asking what a log entry contains or requesting its removal — use the same address and write “Privacy” in the subject line so it is not missed.
Business and press
Advertising, data or partnership enquiries can go to the same address with “Business” in the subject.
